Cleveland's LeBron James, Kobe Bryant of the Lakers, Orlando's Dwight Howard and Miami's Dwyane Wade were all chosen for the First Team for the second straight year.
James, also the league's MVP for a second straight year, and Howard, the league's top defensive player for the second consecutive season, were unanimous choices for the First Team. The two received all 122 first-place votes from a panel of sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the league.
Bryant was close with 119 first-place votes, while Durant received 107 and Wade 81.
James earned First-Team honors for the third straight year and fourth time overall, while Bryant is a member of the First Team for the fifth straight year and for the eighth time in his career. Howard was voted to the First Team for the third straight year and Wade for a second time.
The Second Team consists of Denver's Carmelo Anthony, Dallas' Dirk Nowitzki and Utah's Deron Williams, as well as Amare Stoudemire and Steve Nash of Phoenix.
Tim Duncan of San Antonio and Pau Gasol of the Lakers headline the Third Team, which also features Milwaukee's Andrew Bogut, Atlanta's Joe Johnson and Portland's Brandon Roy.
